Privacy policy

This policy explains how Darshi Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72900OR2020PTC034824, “Darshi”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through darshitechnologies.com. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, organisation, work email, phone number (optional), the business area you are interested in and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the position you are applying for and your resume.
• Job alerts: your email and the position you are looking for.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
• To assess job applications and contact candidates.
• To send the job alerts you asked for.
• To meet our legal obligations and protect the security of the site.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing that already took place.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email, using our email service provider and, as a backup, the FormSubmit relay service. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Unsubscribing from job alerts stops those emails straight away.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, or withdraw your consent;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.

To make a request or raise a grievance, email contact@darshitechnologies.co.in. We will respond within the time allowed by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Data is sent to us over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and job seekers aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
